Ethan's new spot to chill

Well it drives me bonkers but for some reason Ethan loves to crawl into the dogs cage and just chill...he even closes up the door and stays there for awhile. I think the pictures are pretty funny so I went ahead and posted them on here. Please note that I am not putting him in here so that I can get things done around the house...like unload the dishwasher without him climbing inside of it...lol :)

Vintage Toy

We went garage sale shopping the other day and I came across this old cash register toy that was a popular toy when /I was little. I remembered playing with one as soon as i saw it...so I bought it for a whopping 25cents. It does have the little money coins but I had to put them away until Ethan gets older. They are a complete chock hazard and he loves to put them in his mouth...I still think it is cool to see him play with such an old school toy..lol.

Elias

Well here are some recent videos and pictures of my handsome Elias. He has grown and changed so much since we moved from AZ. Currently he is into Avatar the last Air bender...Star Wars...Riding his bike... tech-deck skateboards and hopes to start playing Baseball soon. He is a very energetic boy who loves to tell jokes and make others laugh. He prefers to have a fresh hair cut and actually cares about his fashion...lol. He gets this from his daddy...which he misses very much. Elias is both a great big brother as well as your typical pesky little brother. I absolutely adore Elias and he is so wonderful to have as a son. I could do without his complains about his homework every single day...but he gets that from his momma..lol.

Finally got my hair cut

Wow it has been over a year since I had a hair cut and I finally got to go and get all my dead ends taken off. It feels and looks so much healthier. I like it and think it is a good length..not too short but not long.

Great Story of Faith

Today I went to meet up with this wonderful family. We sat at the park and talked for three hours. I was very touched by their story and wanted to share. I was very worried that Eliana had a so called boyfriend named Seth...he is the adorable little guy in the video talking about his brother...however after meeting his family and seeing how much fun they had playing at the park today...I feel much better. He really is such a sweet boy.

I thought I'd post these cute pics of Ethan and Eliana(2nd momma) playing around in bed. Ethan even brushed his teeth before hoping into bed.Eliana is such a great big sister and Ethan now calls her nana and holds his arms up for her to pick him up...so sweet!!!

I have some random pictures to post that I took of the kids in March. They are so full of energy and can't wait for summer(I can...lol). I hope I can find enough things to do to keep them busy. I hope their daddy gets home before the summer has come and gone. I know we would be thrilled to have him here by the end of May. Please keep us being together again in your prayers.

Our little puppy

Okay this dogs is just as nuts as my Buster. I guess dachshunds are really high maintenance dogs. Every time I start getting dressed and put my shoes on she freaks out and hides because she gets upset we are leaving her. If I put her in the cage the dog goes nuts crying and freaking out. However she is our crazy nut dog and we love her. The plus is that she is great with all the things Ethan does to her...some dogs would bite..lol. The kids love her and so do I but I can say that if something every happens to her or Jewels...I hope I have enough sense to steer clear of wiener dogs. P.S. I still miss Buster Brown :(

Family Update

Well I usually just post pictures of my beautiful wonderful kids on the blog,but thought I'd give a little family update. We are thrilled to have the house pending after 6 long months of having it on the market. I must say it is very stressful to try to keep a picture perfect house and take care of 3 kids by myself. I dream of the day I can sit on the couch and watch the hubby and kids do all the cleaning...well a girl can dream! We have a closing date of May 3rd and then our wonderful buyer is going to allow us to rent the property until school lets out in Jun. This is such a huge blessing as we still have no word on where we are moving next..lol. I guess if we don't know by July I will be visiting different family members for extended stays until Philip gets word. We were told he should have orders by June. Please keep all of these matters in your prayers. I have decided not to stress and to just know that God is in control.Eliana and Elias are doing well they are getting excited that school is out in 8 weeks. I hope we can find some fun things to keep busy with until the move. Mr. Tripp is growing so fast and learning new things each day. He cracks us up all the time and is a really funny little guy. I am doing well and have joined up with a local Momsclub and plan to get very involved to stay busy with the baby. Philip is good and still very busy with work and his online classes. I can hear in his voice that he is very ready to get back home and start making up for lost time. I will be sure to post as soon as we get some solid word on our next duty station. We are at one year 4 months and still counting.
